In the process of deposit for sneakers being preordered from collectors (Because of high demand for limited sneakers ) the preorder system can make possible lag and reject the preorder right after it sold out. In that case operator contacts the costumer as soon as possible to refund the deposit amount ( In the case of not replacing your order with different pairs ).
By possibility of any problem after informing operator and agreeing on the refund between our team member and the costumer, operator will arrange the process of refund in fastest transaction.
Alert: as operators will help you with sizing, NO refunds are acceptable because of size related errors. All responsibility of size matching is with the consumer.
